The HTF offers financing and technical assistance for the development and preservation of affordable housing throughout SLO County. We are a US Treasury Certified CDFI nonprofit lending institution.
We have provided over 60 loans totalling over $32 million which have helped preserve or develop over 1300 Affordable Housing units in our county.
