About

San Luis Obispo Shooting Range (SLOSR) is a nonprofit, public shooting facility dedicated to firearm safety, education, and responsible participation in the shooting sports. Our mission is to preserve access to an affordable, welcoming, and safe public range while educating current and future generations of firearm owners on safe handling, responsible ownership, and respect for our community. We strive to serve as a resource for individuals and families of all experience levels, foster a culture of safety and education, and preserve opportunities for future generations to learn, participate, and enjoy the shooting sports responsibly.
